Please read these terms carefully before using the mfb77 platform. By registering an account or placing a wager you confirm that you accept and agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
📋Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mfb77 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website located at mfb77.org, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment facilities and other services made available through the platform (collectively the "Services").

- 1You must be at least 21 years of age. mfb77 conducts age verification as part of the KYC process and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
- 2You must be acting as a private individual in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any business, agency or third party.
- 3You must register only one Account. The opening of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
- 4You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director or close family member of an employee or contractor of mfb77 or any of its affiliated entities.
👤Account Registration and Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. mfb77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
- 1You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration. Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and permanent ban.
- 2Your password must be kept strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify mfb77 support immediately and change your password without delay.
- 3Each User may hold only one Account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights associated with it to any third party.
- 4mfb77 reserves the right to require KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including upon registration, before processing any withdrawal, or at any time a transaction triggers an internal review threshold.
- 5mfb77 may, at its sole discretion, refuse to open an Account or close an existing Account without being required to provide a reason, provided that any Real Money Balance held at the time of closure is returned to the account holder following completion of KYC.
💸Deposits and Withdrawals
mfb77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in BDT via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. All financial transactions are processed in accordance with the terms of the relevant payment provider.
- 1You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that is registered in your own name and that was previously used to make a deposit into your Account. mfb77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
- 2Deposits made using a payment method that is subsequently found to be fraudulent, stolen or otherwise unauthorised will result in immediate Account suspension, reversal of all transactions funded by such deposits, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.
- 3mfb77 is not liable for delays caused by payment providers, network outages or force majeure events. In the event of a system error that results in an incorrect credit or debit to your Account, mfb77 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the Account balance accordingly, regardless of the time elapsed since the error occurred.
- 4All currency conversions, where applicable, are performed at the exchange rate determined by mfb77 at the time of the transaction. mfb77 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time a deposit is initiated and the time it is credited.
🎁Bonuses and Promotions
mfb77 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and cashback offers to eligible Users. All bonuses are credited at the sole discretion of mfb77 and are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which supplement and, in case of conflict, supersede the general provisions of this Agreement in respect of that promotion.
Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using automated tools, or coordinating with other Users to exploit a promotion — will be treated as a material breach of this Agreement and will result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings, along with immediate Account suspension.
- 1All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal is permitted. The specific rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
- 2Bonus Funds and Real Money Balance are kept separate within your Account. Real Money Balance is wagered first unless an active bonus specifically requires otherwise. Bonus Funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms.
- 3mfb77 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time before it has been claimed. Once a bonus has been credited to an Account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting shall govern that bonus.
- 4Bonuses are intended for recreational player use only. mfb77 may decline to offer bonuses to Users who, in its reasonable assessment, exhibit patterns consistent with professional bonus exploitation rather than genuine recreational play.
- 5Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the game or games specified in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal.

- 1Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- 2Self-exclusion: Users may request a temporary pause (7 days to 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to the support team and are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be frozen and promotional communications will cease.
- 3Reality checks: Users may enable session time reminders that alert them at set intervals during a gaming session. mfb77 encourages all Users to make use of these tools and to seek help from professional support organisations if they feel their gaming is becoming harmful.
⚖️Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
Users must engage with the mfb77 platform in good faith and for genuine recreational purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.
- 1Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with or exploit the platform, including but not limited to automated betting, card counting tools or RNG prediction software.
- 2Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the platform to transfer funds between accounts for non-gaming purposes.
- 3Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise derive the source code of any part of the mfb77 platform, or circumventing any technical protection measures implemented by mfb77.
- 4Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit side-bet arrangements, or conduct chip dumping in live dealer games.
- 5Making chargebacks or payment reversals through a payment provider without first contacting mfb77 support to resolve the issue. Unjustified chargebacks will be treated as fraudulent activity and will result in permanent Account suspension.
©️Intellectual Property
All content on the mfb77 platform, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations and the selection and arrangement thereof, is the exclusive property of mfb77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with this Agreement. No other licence or right is granted. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works from any part of the platform without the prior written consent of mfb77.
📜Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mfb77, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or Services.
In no event shall the total aggregate liability of mfb77 to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
🔒Privacy and Data Protection
mfb77 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. mfb77 employs SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect User data. 🚫Account Termination and Suspension
mfb77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a violation of this Agreement has occurred, is occurring or is likely to occur.
- 1Upon Account suspension for suspected breach, mfb77 will conduct an internal investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the Account will be reinstated and any withheld Real Money Balance will be released in full.
- 2Where an Account is permanently closed due to confirmed breach of this Agreement, all Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of forfeited amounts will be returned to the User following completion of KYC, provided the funds are not subject to a legal hold.
- 3Users may close their own Account voluntarily at any time by contacting the mfb77 support team. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests must be completed and active bonuses will be forfeited. Self-exclusion requests are handled separately under the Responsible Gaming tools.
✏️Amendments to These Terms
mfb77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published at mfb77.org/terms-conditions and will be identified by the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Where changes are material, registered Users will be notified via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the mfb77 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and contact support to close your Account.
🏛️Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement and any dispute, claim or matter arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which mfb77 operates. In the event of a dispute between mfb77 and a User, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation by contacting the mfb77 support team at [email protected]. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue available legal remedies. mfb77 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions; Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
